Our kitchen celebrates the exceptional produce of Sri Lanka's highlands. Fresh vegetables from nearby farms, aromatic spices from local estates, and the finest Ceylon tea — every dish tells a story of provenance and passion.
Breakfast brings traditional Sri Lankan hoppers alongside continental favourites. Lunch is a relaxed affair on the verandah. Dinner transforms our timber-beamed dining room into an intimate candlelit experience, where European techniques meet Sri Lankan flavours.
